A particular strength within BdR is the experience of our Structural Engineering section, which comprises engineers capable of managing a wide variety of multi-disciplinary schemes ranging from domestic alterations to large multi-storey developments. The long experience of our structural engineering teams is backed up by advanced computer design software. |

Our Associate Robert Mulligan is a registered member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS). Under the terms of the Party Wall, etc, Act 1996, we can undertake the duties of a Surveyor and can be authorised to sign, serve and receive Notices and Awards on behalf of our Clients. |
CDM Co-ordinator

BdR provides the full range of CDM co-ordinator duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007. |
Duties include:
- Providing help and advice to Clients to enable them to carry out their duties under CDM 2007
- Advice to clients about the competence of designers and contractors
- Preparation and dissemination of the pre-construction information
- Co-ordination of designers
- Advice to clients on the suitability of the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan
- Preparation of the Health and Safety File
